  1. Purple T-bird WINS!!! ( Followed closely by yellow 40 Ford and Olds 442) GREAT work in general. Kudos all around!
  2. There's a reason those wings are tall - will your trunk lid open now?!! Sweet build, seriously, reminds me of an Autorama concept display.
  3. Very nice, love your color choices. If you haven't tackled it yet, when you wind your own coil springs. get yourself a small bolt, something like a 1/4x24, and wind your wire around it,allowing the threads to guide the wire. Perfectly spaced coils every time!
  4. +1 for Cragars, they are such a classic look, and really complement this body.
  5. Anxious to see this progress!

  7. These sample packs might be the way to go for first-timers: http://www.freemansupply.com/MachinableMediaSam.htm
  8. Ummm...are you talking about the 86-87 Mont Carlo SS kits in 1/24 scale?
  9. Keep it comin'! Can you post a link to the article describing the wheel-lacing technique? Excellent story, and magnificent craftsmanship!
  10. Guys, this helps SO much. Thank you both. There's alot of info on the web, but it's not always easy to access it. It's great to be able to tap the collective knowledge of those who may already have stumbled upon what you need!
  11. Building the Daddy Warbucks Falcon, and using the fuel injected version. ( love those stacks thru the hood! ) I could use some help with adding details to the fuel delivery system. I have several photos of the car, and other similar cars, in various states of completion, but lack a good detail shot of the intake area. Anyone got a photo, or can someone supply a sketch/diagram of the system from the Moon tank to fuel pump, and then fuel pump to...what? A distribution block of some sort? Hard lines or flexible? Attachment points of lines at intake? This is an area often glossed over in fuelie builds, if not ignored completely, and I think it would add much to the authenticity of the model. All help appreciated!
