  1. Fuel line looks spot-on from here. Too many well intentioned modelers err on the side of overscaled hose and line details, and I find it detracts from otherwise good modeling. I'd rather see none than oversized. Yours is looking quite accurate so far! Nice job.
  2. Very clean and stylish appearance. Well done!
  3. Very nice! Love the warm white color you used for the body. Well done.
  4. Big Mopars look seriously cool in red. Gorgeous build.
  5. Very clean build, and looks great in those colors! Well done.
  6. Nice find, Can-Con! I wonder how long since those custom parts were available? I don't think I've ever seen them.
  7. I totally get where you're coming from. I think the popularity of some of the recent re-releases from round two stems from more builders focusing on the shelf appearance of the final piece. Curbside builds have come full circle. There are still plenty of details to focus on to making a curbside look realistic, and a huge percentage of models are viewed sitting in their case or on a shelf. (I'd rather no one picked up my models to flip them over! ) Nice job on that Caprice. Those body styles are near and dear to me, as my late dad had an Impala that year or thereabouts with the cool wrap-around back glass.
  8. Agreed, and the 3 staggered-height carbs with custom scoops are very well done and make for some real eye candy!
  9. Unreal build quality!! I'm looking at the planes, and I had to remind myself these are 1/350 scale!!! Mind-blowing attention to detail. Congrats on finishing this amazing piece.
  10. Very nicely done! Love this model, and your display is a wonderful tribute. Good detail work here really brought it to life.
  11. White vinyl with blue carpets would stand out and keeps the color scheme of the exterior. It's a cannonball restomod, so room for artistic license!
  12. Maybe the old Palmer custom Corvette?
  13. Just came across this and love it! Sharp builds, and I have to agree that we need more kits of Indy racers in 1/25. You've made what's available look its very best. WELL DONE.
  14. Excellent builds, and great looking cars. Well done on both!
  15. That thing is a hoot!! I love the funky styling of these Citroëns; so utilitarian. I just missed a deal on the Heller kit on ebay, but I'm going to keep an eye out. What are your thoughts on the kit? Is it accurate, well proportioned, assemble well, etc?
  16. That is just too cool! Perfect period piece. Well done.
  17. Nice job, and really looks the part. This kit looks very good straight from the box. Well done!
  18. Already has a nice look, the finish will take it right over the top! Love the simple but cleanly executed details. You clearly have a plan!
  19. Nice job! Agree the tan looks better and less harsh than white against that gorgeous red.
  20. A perfect little rod! Love that Olds engine and your clean build.
  21. Surprisingly sharp color for a GTO. Well done!
  22. Just stumbled across this one. That's a real beauty!
  23. Am I reading you right...you want a Chevy x-frame to put under a 77 Caprice? You realize Chevy stopped using the x-frame in 1964, don't you?! Apologies if I'm misreading here. If accuracy is your goal, then '65 and up is what you want, and there are plenty to choose from now! Best of luck.
  24. Such craftsmanship goes into a build like this one can't help but be impressed. Well done.
