Thanks everyone. I'm satisfied with the results. Did give me a bit of trouble. Not perfect by a long shot but happy to move it to my shelf instead of the trash. Brayden - the camper is a Jimmy flinstone piece.

Thanks you guys. Here is a little more work finally. Small details starting to come on. The trailer is about done. I think I found some nice wheels for it. Does it sit too high? What do you think? -

Thanks everyone. Your words are encouraging. Charlie - the scripts are the the MCG 57 Ford PE set and the trailer is JF. I hope to get some windows added this weekend. -

It is, joe. Will hardly even see it. Worked on this me a little bit more. Scripts are on. Very small sanding here and there and cleared it! Here are some pics. -
Amazing, Yuri. Great work on the headlights. And that paint. Man oh man. Perfect shine. Great job

Thanks Carl. I couldn't wait to get home from work to get to the bench. I wasn't going to, but decided I'm this far in, why not do the rest of the brown around the windows. Although a little more peeling happened with the taping, not too much to disappoint me. I knew it was coming. Cleaned the airbrush and tackled the spot paining as well. Still needs some sanding as you can see some of the spots but a good save in my opinion. Once I sand those spots and clear it all, it should look better. Some touching up is required here and there. then off to foil....ugh ooh boy! -

And here's the next step for the wood panels. Just needs to be sealed. The next few night I'll be repairing the parts where the paint lifted. Thanks for looking. -
Great job with Photoshopping.

Agree on the aerials. The last pic shows a lower stance up front. Is it adjustable or is it just the angle of the shot? Either way, great job!

Nice build, Rudy. Some sanding on the tires will give it a slightly more realistic look. All it's missing is the fokker plane in the background.

And here, is the wood panel work as well. I do have to say this is the best process I have learned. The panels were flat and this process has given them some depth and a nice wood look. I personally like the way its coming out. Beginner's luck maybe? lol I hope not. Thanks again, Tom. Here is the way it looked after the tan color was added. ...and then color wood.... ...and next the color Leather. Some black to finish it off in the next few days. Thanks for following along guys. -

Thanks guys. Actually, Andy, Argent silver on the valance is only for the pickups. The wagons had it match the body color. At least form the research I did for this one, it's what I found. But now on to the progress. Plenty of pics from this morning's hours at the bench. First I have the trailer. Added a bit of color and thinking about matching the wood here and there. Still cant decide. Got some work done on the interior also in between wood panel coats. Needs a little more work, though. -

Thanks Joe. I've started the panel process. It was all shared by Tom Geiger here. So far so good. -

Thanks guys. So I taped it all off again. Only used Tamiya tape and seems like it helped. Less places where the paint peeled but I should be able to fix it. At least one side came out perfect. The paint I just used was a mix of tan, leather, white and wood colors. I like it. Mixed some extra so I can spray it on other builds later. -

Gonna try the technique, Tom. The only concern I have is the tape. Hope it doesn't peel. Paint again. Giving it enough time to dry. Wish me luck. -
Kustom Resin

I bought from him as well and did have some trouble with him? He was having trouble fulfilling order because, supposedly, he couldn't get ahold of his caster. Did see the negative feedback start to pile up. He tried again with a few new IDs and ran into the same issue. Heard a different story from every new Id. Always claimed to be someone else but the feedback was always the same. Coincidence? Member on another forum was taken for over $300 at one point. Seller just vanished. -

Ok, after a few tears, some blood, sweat and a few cuss words, this one seems to be back on track. I broke off another one of the pillars that I had to replace. Seems to be sturdy enough. Lots of sanding and dipping and sanding. Finally last night I sanded the layer of primer and today it seemed like it was ready to spray. Paint came out more smooth than before so I'm happy about that. I'm going to give it a few days to dry before I try to tape off and go for the trim. I'd hate to have to do this all over again and I dont think this can take it again either. I might end up with a semi-stock due to teh paint issues. Painted the trailer before cleaning the air brush as well. All ok so far. -
Perry's Resin

You can't expect people not to comment on this thread after what you've posted. First of all, that's the purpose of the forum to share good and bad experiences. It's great to hear that you got your stuff and a few extras after only 20 months. Some of us know it doesn't take that long to cast clean bodies and parts. Sometimes, I'd rather avoid having to do the "harassment" as you stated. I'm with Shane on this one. I'll have to keep looking as well. Thanks for sharing. -

Thanks Charlie. I didn't use super clean. I used EasyOff. That's what caused it to weaken. That's ok. It's not the first time I've replaced these.
