  1. i agree with the result of the chrome spray. it is very easy to handle and imo it doesnt matter what base color the plastic has. i tried it on yellow, turquoise, grey, black, "old chrome" to rechrome and so far. i'm very pleased, that it is a spraycan for a quick use and a great result. i also tried different clearcoats to grab it without dulling out, but all clearcoat took the chromlook and the result was silver till grey. the only working layer was pledge - but i will test that again to be sure, the handling or grabbing has no effects on the shine. for me: replace for alclad on bumpers - yes. easy handling counts for me. replace for bmf for chromtrim on the body - no. replace for alclad for chromtrim on the body or small parts - perhaps.
  2. very nice! The color and the interior matches really nice. well done!
  3. looks really nice! i like the interior also, even it is not a 66 Buick ?‍♀️. i can't tell, because i built mostly "whats in the box" without searching, what is not "original" and has to be redone. Like it, well built and it looks fantastic. That counts imo..
  4. ups, yes. a Pinto ?
  5. #1, i agree with Sidney. On all models i've built the last years, i built it completly and fitted the wheels at last. Not on a handfull the high was "my taste" or the wheels were "perfect" in the wheelhouses. often i cut the pins and glue the backside from the wheels on the mountigspots. often one side after the other, so i can adjust the wheels and not having a "threewheeler" at the end. Agreed. if i remember right, i had the same issue, that the firewall fitted not correct in place.
  6. very nice!

  17. Thank you Matti, Thank you Bob. much appreciated. @Matti: it is a really simple kit, not so "high detailed" like the enthusiast-line or the Revell kit.
