WHA???Who??? Where???? IMC? they died out a million years ago! Did someone bring them back, or are they a totally new outfit? These are all JoHan kits so does Oakie have anything to do with it? This is the first time I;ve heard of this. Looks like they might have a chance, depending on what else they can dig up, or reverse engineer!. I wish them luck! :D

Kasey, I've changed enough real ones to know it WILL fit, NO modifications. The models are just glue in, no mods either. The engines don't know what car they're put in, A Chrysler 440 out of a motor home will fit into a 69 Charger, I know, cause I did it.

Couldn't tell the thinkin smoke from that other stuff! Hopefully you'll like the Merc,imma be brangin it on Friday!

I gotta agree with you Virge, about Chuck bein an inspiration. He's GOTTA be one of the MOST BUILDINEST guys I've ever had the pleasure of called a freind! His imagineering is just too cool, and the thing about it is, he SEES this in his warped lil mind BEFORE he builds it, so it's GOTTA be purty scarey all up in there!

Jose, I had TOTALLY forgot about THIS Predator, I thought you were building a USAF remote controled DRONE Predator! In 1/8th scale that sucker woulda been HUGE! This is a pretty cool lookin Predator too though! Do it up,Bro!

Mike, THAT'S the WHOLE idea of this hobby, do it to ENJOY it. If YOU like it, WHO CARES who else doesn't. It's gonna sit on YOUR shelf, so only YOU have to be happy with it! I'm sure it'll be just as nice as anything you've built before. Your a good builder and this one shouldn't be any different, regardless of what others may think. Me, Imma scale bigot, and I've never had a Mongram 64 GTO. I've got an original AMT 64 Tempest LeMans, and the Polar lights 64 an they both built up nice for me.

Thanks Gary, I appericiate any opinions for stuff i know nothing about. Resin kits don't bother me, it's how i get MOST of my off the wall stuff, But I do appericiate a reliable "heads up". I never mind "adjusting" things on resin kits, I just don't want to redesign the darn thing! I KNOW the quality of R&R kits, and I've got quite a fe of them. I also know the quality of the newer casters,MAD, and Motor City Resins, an if they're even THINKING of doin that Marauder, I'd just as soon wait for theirs. If not, we'll see, caz I SURE DO LIKE that Marauder!

That front end shot is really the only thing wrong with this kit. The headlights are too low(IMO) for the height of the car. It needs a section, or a top chop or something, caz the headlights look too "lazy" or"sleepy" to me. But it IS a nice kit. I just took them rascals out an put them up near the radiator, in a more stock position. Used the pods from a 36 ford I believe. Please keep us updated, your doin great!

I was told that those kits are light years BEHIND R&R! That's enough for me! This came from a trusted freind, so imma let that rascal pass. Besides, Jeff wants ta talk...... :D

Guys, there's a 69 Marauder on the bay right now, by a frontier Design resins. I've never heard of them, but I sure like that resin kit. It looks like it's not too bad! Anybody ever hear/know of these folks? Are they still in buisness?

Sure! Just take the motor that's in the AMT 69 GTX. It'll drop right into the Chargers engine bay an be factory correct. But I'm not sure if Dodge ever made a 440 6Pak Charger though.

Eric's stuff is RIGHT up there with the BEST of 'em! I don't have this particular body, I do have a few of his others and the quality is right there! This does look like it'd make a GREAT hauler cab! Good luck!

Nope, them's the ones! that's why I always thought they looked nice on the bigger cars. Yeah, they were TOO narrow for musclecars, even if they do look nice.

Does kinda look like a cheap mold in add on custom peice from an old AMT kit, don't it though? Might be an Opel or somethin normal under it.

Actually Dave, I was remembering the old firestones(I think) that came with the late 60's AMT kits. I don't remember MPC ever putting redlines in their kits.
