This was the car I picked for the Jersey Shore Paper Bag contest and I also was given the color green. This Revell kit is not one of my favorites. The chassis and suspensions are too fragile for my hand, but with a lot of time, I finish it in time for the contest. This was painted in Testors Lacquers Greens with Wet Look clear top coats from rattle cans. The interior was done in Tamiya's flat light green and the interior also featured a two tone effect. I didn't want to go with the typical dark fenders with a light body or visa versa, so I did a an angle flip flop. The results were pretty good. I didn't win but I did place 2nd from a car I didn't think had a snowballs chance in He**.
This project was way out of my comfort zone for a build, but I enjoyed the challenge.
Thanks for looking.
