Don't worry... we've tried politics and religion... didn't work so well... And Brett is exactly correct, this section is for topics related to model cars (and sometimes 1:1 cars )... but at least cars. Let's stay away from the wacky youtube videos, etc. You have facebook and twitter if you want to post stuff like that.

Don't spray indoors without a spray booth and an exhaust fan! Even if the vapors themselves were harmless (which they're not), the overspray gets on everything! It's so fine that you don't even see it... but if you take a paper towel and wipe around the area after you've airbrushed, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

Not true. Scott Colmer's "Scratchbuilding School" feature uses pop cans. It works perfectly.

Big scale modeling really opens up a whole new world of detailing possibilities... that's why I love building in 1/8 scale. You can do things in large scale that are just about impossible in small scale (1/24 or 1/25). Your upholstered seats are a perfect example.
