  1. Looks awesome! Steering box is going to hit your valve I think
  2. I have 11 currently from a 65 to a 14 gt500. In the mix are 3 convertibles, an 07 gt500 with the shelby 40th pkg, an 03 mach, couple SVT Cobras, some fox capris. I love them all like children. Going to start a nut and bolt correct 65 gt350 clone in the fall
  3. Color looks pretty good. This is my torch red
  4. I have great luck with testors wet look over Tamiya paints
  5. Not entirely true. The standard gt350 shared the front valence with the regular mustang. The 65 gt350R front valence was unique and what is in these pictures. It's not correct for a regular gt350. There were also 2 versions of the R model valence. One with round duct holes and one with oval holes.
  6. It's yellow. Engine will get the speed parts shown above but the story is this. The owner loved his 67 very much and when the all aluminum 427 came out he had to have it but didn't want a 69 camaro so he dug deep and put one in this car. So he had motion do up a nice aluminum big block for it. Should be fun
  7. Only thing I have found in my mock ups are that the tabs at rear pkg shelf and pins on chassis. They seem to put the chassis too far forward. Which puts the wheels too far ahead in the wheel wells. I cut them off and everything plays nice
  8. I love it I took that rocker trim off my 67 but I forgot about putting the body line back in ?. It's now painted pale yellow so I will leave it I guess. Does not look too bad. Next one I guess
  9. I have started using epoxy on my seats. No worries, I have wanted to step on kits at this stage. Lol
  10. Should be good. I had a 95 gt in yellow brand new in 95. Love em
  11. Oh I think it's coming out great, for not having done much in the way of automotive stuff I would say you are nailing this build. Before you glue the grille in I would put a little black in the fender corners behind the foil on the grille side of things by the outboard headlights. Look in the mock up pics, you can see a little body color there. Hate to have you notice it later.
  12. CNAIND@ptd.net
  13. Just e mail him. Someone posted his e mail in the resin section. They took a while as he does it as a hobby but well worth the wait and a very nice guy
  14. Here is one next to the mustang kit slick
  15. Same tire on a mustang
  16. Yup. 325/50 15 on a super bee
  17. I have found on most of these types of cars with vinyl striping that the sheen right off the sheet is pretty close. I always decal after clear because the 1:1s were that way. The striping came after the paint job
  18. You are a Boss Tyrone! You don't mess around. Just right to work! Very nice man, very nice
  19. I have used them on 2 builds now and have a few sets of 275s left. They are very nice
  20. It's winterpeg, that's pretty warm for there actually lol.
  21. Very nice
  22. Looks great. It's a funny little trim piece as its Chrome but the back step of it is argent. You are doing a bang up job of it. Once the sons hockey season is done I hope to get back to my 2 big things
  23. Nice color combo
