  1. Beautiful Jeepster , don't think I've ever said that ! The paint and detailing are outstanding !
  2. Sharp looking El Camino , the big block would be my first choice too !
  3. Cool idea and a sharp looking truck , I like it ! Careful when using a tack rag they can cause more problems than they solve , especially when used on models .
  4. Nicely done Lee , one of the best versions I've seen ! I wasn't aware the kit had decals for the camo . . . very interesting .
  5. Neat little wagon ! A bit sporty looking compared to the sedan model .
  6. Just finished a build by adding the mirror and saying to myself "This is for you Harry". . . sure do miss having him around here . Happy Birthday my friend .
  7. Thanks very much Alan ! I printed the decals myself .
  8. Beautiful work as usual Marcos ! Two of the finest Winged Warriors ever built !
  9. Now that's a seriously nice looking Top Fuel Dragster ! If it's 1/25th scale then it's even more impressive , great work !
  10. Thanks Al ! AMT had a habit of using the same decals in more than one kit . Thanks very much Tye ! Good to hear from you !
  11. Beautiful Charger and some really nice detailing ! You can't beat the Tamiya TS paints , been using them for years .
  12. Pretty sure that was on the cover of Model Car Science back in the 60's , I'll dig around and post it if I find it .
  13. Beautiful job ! I still think this kit has the best looking wheels and tires ever kitted .
  14. That turned out excellent , the gold and black really shines ! And I like the redlines too , gives it a Hot Wheels look . Also your idea for a display is genius , it costs nothing and looks great !
  15. Very nice restoration of a Monogram classic , not often we see the original rubber tires !
  16. Not familiar with the show but I like the look of a 4 door hardtop , nice !
  17. Thanks ! Thanks ! This is an original kit from the 60's , it was just reissued a couple months ago as the Dyno Don Cyclone . Thanks very much John !
  18. That's one pretty Jawbreaker , super nice job !
  19. HAH ! It actually wasn't broken but I did have to cut up the arms , hands , and even the fingers to reposition them , it was a lot of work ! Here's a link to the build thread : http://car-toons.proboards.com/thread/1506/tooolds-trick-toon Thanks !
  20. Spent most of the summer working on this one . I started with a busted up resin Elvira figure , an old Monogram Thunderbird body and parts , and used an engine - wheels & tires from my diecast parts box . Entered and won 1st Place in the Halloween model contest . Here's a link to the build thread : http://car-toons.proboards.com/thread/1506/tooolds-trick-toon
  21. I like it , nice work Alan ! It's great to finally see some Jawbreakers !
