  1. Nice '04 ! Mine's a 2012 purchased in 2016 with 14,600 mi on it , currently at about 29K . No mods yet but I've got a lowering kit in the garage that I'll be installing this winter . I just recently came across Norscot and yes they are pricey , about $60 here plus shipping . I'm very tempted to buy one , I've read that the scale is very accurate and that's what I'm looking for more than anything else . Which one of yours is closest to being 1/25 or 1/24 scale ?
  2. Very cool , I love it !
  3. I'd love to have this parked in my garage , first class all the way Steve ! Your attention to detail is unbelievable but I gotta admit that I'm drooling over those wheels & tires .
  4. I'm also a Silverado CrewCab owner and would be very interested in seeing a comparison of different brands . I've bought a few 1/24 scale and they are all over the place . What do you know about the Norscot ?
  5. Beautiful model of one of my favorite race cars ! Your detailing is over the top , excellent work !
  6. Looks like a great model but I sure would like to see some nice photos of it !
  7. Thanks very much , wish I had another one !
  8. That's purty ! Love those colors !
  9. Thanks Dave , I forgot there were two versions of the Night Stalker Vette ! Are you sure about the date for the Streaker Vette ? I actually thought it was 1974 (I was still asleep this morning when I typed the wrong date).
  10. It started live as the 1964 Stingray kit and was eventually redone as the Streaker Vette in 1978 . Next it was released as the Night Stalker in 1981 with new parts and decals . Then again in 1984 with new decals . This kit was reissued again in 1987 with no changes . There could have been later reissues but I'm not sure .
  11. Thanks Tom ! Thanks Dave ! Thanks very much Carl !
  12. Beautiful ! Great work on an older model , it looks better than new !
  13. Beautiful De Soto ! Great photography too !
  14. Ooooo ! You should be pleased , that turned out very very nice !
  15. Thanks Ron ! I'd like to find another one , look forward to seeing yours built . Thanks Steve ! Thanks Bill ! Same here , most of my survivors will never be redone . I think nostalgia is one of the biggest reasons I build models !
  16. Thanks David ! Thanks much Dan ! Thanks !
  17. Sharp looking Bel Air ! Really nice job on the engine and the decals !
  18. Grand looking Grand Sport , job well done ! And yes black BMF is the worst .
  19. Thanks Matt !
  20. Thanks guys !
  21. Gorgeous Caddy , really like those wheels & tires ! Paint looks flawless as does your detailing , and the wrinkles in the top are a great addition . . . did you do them or were they molded into the part ?
  22. Thanks ! They reissued the '67 Charger so maybe this one will appear one day . Thanks Roger , I'd like to build another one too ! Thanks Ray !
  23. It looks like you're detailing everything just right and the quarter windows are a great addition , well done ! A minute removing the mold line from the top of the radiator would be time well spent , and our good friend Harry would point out the "floating" alternator . A simple top bracket made from a strip of scrap plastic easily solves that . Overall a beautiful Chevelle !
