    About a month or so ago I painted the lower section of my spare bath and installed some molding at the line. Prep took a couple hours and painting took only half an hour.

    Truck is looking sharp but I agree with Travis about the wheels. They just don't work to my eye. Just one guys opinion that don't mean much. Carry on with what you like.

    Got this on the bay . Complete new Thunderjet Cobra slot car . I don't have a track but hey , it's a Cobra ! No other bids so I got it for 13 dollars including the shipping cost .

    Thanks gents ! The seats were painted with Fabric Tan. The stripes are nothing new. They have been used on race cars back in the day.

    Thanks guys. Was not sure about the color at first but it will be different than the other Cobras in my collection.

    Monogram kit . Drilled out tail lights, added a hood scoop and a roll bar . Made a front and rear spoiler from sheet plastic . Filled front and rear bumper holes . Parts box wheels and tires . Painted purple . Fairly happy with the results .
