Finished this one up a bit ago. Monogram kit. Duplicolor blue paint with MM Bright White stripes and MM High Gloss Clear Enamel. It has been lowered and I took the wheels and tires from a die cast car. Scratch built front bumper. No engine or chassis detail. I have fixed the rear bumper .

They stopped in my area a couple of years ago.

If she does go she may very well want to return to you. Same thing happened to my BIL. His daughter thought the grass was greener and soon found out she made a big mistake and wanted to return to him about 2 months later.

Thanks guys. Gene, for the suspension I just simply flipped the rear end and modified the front axle. Not the best looking under side but it did give me the effect I was looking for. As for the wheels I just brush painted with metallic black.

Well the clear dried and I was able to finish this one. Just to recap.. AMT Mustang AWB Funny Car kit, I stripped some of the chrome parts, got the seats from the parts box as I did the front tires, sheet plastic front and rear spoilers, lowered suspension, parts box battery, aluminum tubing for exhaust dumps, pre wired distributor. Used Duplicolor yellow and Model Master high gloss clear enamel. Comments pro or con are always welcome.

Pete is correct. However upon closer inspection I found the door harder than it should be to lift. I suspect it is the torsion spring ( is that what they are called ? ) at the top of the opening that assists with the door opening and closing. Still an easy fix........ just a call to my home insurance company.
