  6. Cool build, you gotta love them Russian Trucks. Are you going to add the winch to the truck, and what type of trailer are going to use? There was a German company called Preiser, from Rottenburg ob der Tauber, produced some of the best model kit out there. All the Vehicles were of German companies, but what details they had. Check out the company.
  7. No problem Jeff, Klaus's models remind of Mark Savage, who in the 70's and 80's was the king of Oil Field Trucks. Klaus has built, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Foremost, Pacific, Mack, and others. Have you thought about extending your house, for the model?
  8. I know the Gentleman this Dio. His name is Claus Klever, from Germany. A lot of his models are Oil Field theme. Most of his kits are Scratch Built. at one time he was selling to cabs. Claus's work, is just unbelievable, the details and all the extras he puts in his models. Good luck on the build and I will be following it.

  19. Their are some Awesome 1/87 model builders out there! You need to check out 1/87 vehicles.org . Some great Trucks are there.

  23. Wow, what a blast from the past. You could buy, Peterbilt wrecker, a Peterbilt tractor unit, a trailer and a Kenworth cabover. The kit where fun to build, and did not use too much space for display1 Enjoy the kit! I will be following the build.
