'Soul Food', or good home country cooking, is no longer called that, it's now called 'Comfort Food'........

My first car was an old Dodge Dart four-door six cylinder........... Wasn't the fastest or coolest car, but the slant six never let me down! It got me around until I was able to get what ended up being one of my favorite cars ever, my '80s Thunderbird. What became of the Ford pickup? That sounded like a nice truck..........

I've heard that song before! Kidding, of course...... Gabby La La did do a pretty cool little jazzy song titled just that. Those of you that know who Les Claypool is, that's him on bass and percussion........ -

Well, guys, we've been to the vet and gotten fixed...... I don't see where they 'fixed' anything, though. In fact, he's missing a couple parts.

Back when I was a young teen we had a dog that would dig up the moles she found and leave them on the doorstep! Kinda like a cat would, but for a different reason...... -
'Things' is a song from the 'Too High To Die' album by the Meat Puppets........ (Bill could have a field day with that one....)

Les, you should be familiar with this one........... 'When in doubt, throttle out!' It's saved my skin a few times on the driving game........ -
There's a lot of eternal truths and ideas that are learned throughout your lifetime. One major one for me is this: If you're forcing something, you're doing it wrong........ That goes for everything, from mechanical work to building models, to relationships with other people. What would some of these ideas be to you guys?

Thread without a needle is kinda 'pointless'..........

Hopefully most of us here will! I just wish I could have done it sooner. The clinic that I will be getting it done thru was so backed up that they didn't have an opening for a few months.......

Guys, my doggo has 'the' appointment coming up on Wednesday........... I hate to do it to the poor fella, but it's in his best interest, I guess.

Picked up three 'new' titles for my old PS2! I order my games and stuff from Lukie Games. They deal in used systems and such........... They give you a 90 day warranty on the games and a year on consoles, so it's worth the gamble of buying used....... -

Seems like they're getting shorter, too............

1/24 Fujimi Enthusiast 86' Alpina B7 Turbo Coupe
JollySipper replied to e30lover's topic in Model Cars
As well you should be! I was going to leave a like, but felt that wouldn't suffice with such a super nice build..... I have a mostly built M635CSi so I know what you've done here! -
If I could maybe submit one more suggestion............. There's a Fujimi kit of the e38 7 series Alpina I believe, but it's a curbside. Such a handsome and popular car, it deserves the full detail treatment! It wouldn't have to be from the tuner, either......... This example is in Seal Gray, I believe............

Nice guys finish last, at least that's what she said..........
