  1. Please tell me you're not going to build the drag version! Knowing you though, it will be some kind of factory performance option.......
  2. Never doubt any of the MoPars of the '60s! Especially in those two departments....... They were tough to beat in both reliability and performance!
  3. David, a nice COOL shower might go a long way towards some relief...... You don't want to open your pores with a hot shower, that will just drive it further into your skin.
  4. Those are cool little cars........ They make a 1:1 kit to put the 5 cylinder turbo engine in these!
  5. Younger me could definitely benefit from some of the things that I now know.........
  6. I would really love to see a kit of the e9 Bimmer......... Such a sporty and attractive automobile!
  7. Must have been one of those iron butterflys I've heard about! Did you find it in the Gadda Da Vida?
  8. I always leave my front porch light on at night, because our street light is out and you never know who may need the light...... It of course draws bugs to it, but the bugs bring in the huge toads from the creek behind us. When we go out in the evening, the crazy pup of mine tries to catch and eat the toads! I have to see them first so he doesn't.........
  9. Hear thunder and know that there is lightening somewhere.........
  10. What paint did you use for the white wall on your bike? The reason I ask is DupliColor makes a vinyl and fabric 'coating' for just such things........ They also make an adhesion promoter that goes on clear, it's kinda like primer for the vinyl paint. You would also need to make sure the tire is CLEAN before you paint it.........
  11. 'Failure to communicate' is what the warden said him and Cool Hand Luke were dealing with........
  12. Looks twisty curvy to me!
  13. Guys, I'm guilty of using the Brand in question, but I'll pretty much only use it for things like suspension bits and sometimes an interior...... Never would I even try to paint a body with it! Here's some interior pieces that were painted with the Ultra Matte black. It did okay, but I knew going in about the recoat window and that there needed to be primer down first....... The 'bonding' agent in this paint must be pretty aggressive for it to claim to bond to pretty much anything, thus the need for a primer......
  14. If I'm not mistaken, there is a set of these in the SuperNatural Impala............ If not them, they're very close! I don't remember them being anywhere else, though..........
  15. That kinda sucks...... Shouldn't be that big of an irk, though, unless it was the bottom half that got spilled!
  16. That looks very promising..............
  17. Painted the Z/28 over the last two days.......... Yesterday was primer day, today paint and clear. I'll be using the white stripes, and the interior is in an above post painted black....
  18. 'Hard' Math to one person is a fun brain exercise to another! (I really enjoyed Math in school.....)
  19. It's not fair that they don't live any longer than they do! We really don't deserve dogs, they are willing to give so much..........
  20. Alan, how big do the crows get in SoCal? Here they are over a foot tall, at least.......... I heard the crows were smaller out west.
  21. Animation cels can be quite collectable, and depending on the movie they're from, maybe quite valuable......
  22. Bill, I don't believe you can make rabbit stew with a live rabbit............ Silly! It does look good though, and I've heard it tastes like chicken.
  23. I've heard of folks tying a tin pie plate to a string and hanging it from a small post........... It makes a noise when the wind moves the plate, and is supposed to scare the pests away. Then there's always live traps..........
  24. 'Purple' the album by Stone Temple Pilots was remastered and extended, and now contains a cover of Zeppelin's 'Dancing Days'.....
  25. My old man used to have a Year One MoPar car restoration catalogue that had a page in the back with the VIN break down for the old Chrysler products..... I believe they make Ford parts catalogues too. Do you know anyone that restores old cars that might have something similar?
