  1. Belch all you want, it's considered good manners in some places.......
  2. It probably has a lot to do with what I just finished building..... I like to mix it up some, do a sports car, then maybe a custom, just to keep my interest up!
  3. That's so very cool, Thank You! I see you also relocated the fuel tank............. Do you guys have a plan as far as body/paint?
  4. It means there's always a plot twist, I do believe......
  5. Getting ready to call my neighbor to see if she still needs to do some laundry........ She doesn't have a washer in her apartment. I just have to get into 'deal with people' mode here.
  6. I like it! A little custom, a little 'bomb' style build........ The basis for these kits (I've built the coupe a few times....) is really good fodder for many types of build!
  7. I have those! If you want to just PM me..........
  8. I painted this Impala with DupliColor bronze wheel coating...... It goes on pretty much like paint, but you can't use just any clear over it. I far as I can tell, only the DupliColor 1K clear will work....... I hope this is helpful.......
  9. That's a super cool truck! They're tough trucks, too...... My first thought when I saw the pic was 'I wonder how he lowered it?'. I used to have a '71 in about the same condition, short bed, too. Do you have more pics?
  10. I've seen some cool rat-rod tanks made from Bic lighters. Just cap both ends, and you could use a wheel knock-off as a filler......
  11. That's half the fun! If your paint work always turned out perfect, there would be nothing left to strive for............
  12. Thanks, Carl! They have a pearl look to them in person........
  13. Hey, fellas! I've been working on this drawing in MS Paint. I'm not sure where to take it from here. I thought about maybe the negative space around him could be actual 'space', with planets and such. I'm not settled on the vertebrae, just trying to fill the area below his head...... Anyway, does anyone have any ideas/suggestions for this folk art of mine? LoL......
  14. Me and my friends at the time (late teens) would hang out at the auto detail shop where I worked....... I had my fox-chassis Mustang at the time, which of course I kept spotless! Working at a car detail shop, you get to drive all kinds of cars. Me at 18 driving a then new C5 that we kept clean for a lawyer, another time I got the chance to motor a C2 Corvette (pale yellow, 327 coupe) across town. Lots of fun driving the wide variety of vehicles!
  15. A little more done to the interior...........
  16. Nerve made of steel is needed running 200 mph on the return road of Circuit de la Sarthe.....
  17. The dog now has three heads, to chew three times as many parts!
  18. I don't see why they couldn't do some late-model muscle cars..... I bet they would do a bang-up job with them! I really would like one of the Mustang GT4s, just haven't picked one up yet.....
  19. Thank you, Carl man! I'm thinking blue for the interior with the white inserts...... I should make some door panels, too....
  20. Rarely will you enjoy that without either Chips Ahoy or Oreos, though, as those go the best with milk....
  21. It's waaaaaay too windy to paint anything today..... I was wanting to work on the interior some. Instead, I made some seat inserts from styrofoam plate material.....
  22. That's a really nice picture.......
  23. Views for eternity but never any replies......
  24. Or PVA (school glue) for everything including engine halves....
