That looks really good....... I like them both! It's cool to see the contrast between the two....... -
This really is an excellent build! So very clean, and the color looks a lot like F8 green..... the best looking MoPar color.........

Surfaces of the Moon and Mars, and landing people there, are on NASA's agenda.

Sorry about the impending surgery! My old man is just now getting mobile after an ankle replacement...... He had to just sit in his chair for about 6 weeks after.

Fu Manchu have a lot of cool album covers! I especially like the 'King of the Road' cover with the old vans.......

Alphabet sounds a bit like Alpha-Bits, which is what I say that alpha males ate that morning for breakfast. ( HeHeHe.... alphabits....... )

That's too bad! Were you using enamels? Did you paint everything at the same time? There's a recoat window with enamels........

I found this concept drawing on IG ( I hope it's okay to borrow? )...... It's meant to be an EV, but I think it would work as well, if not better, as an ICE vehicle...... -
You get out what you put in...... Actually, that's a really good idea. One of those 'why didn't I think of that' moments!

I've reassembled the interior.... Tomorrow I'll try final fitment again. I was thinking that I had wasted a lot of work on this one for it to just sit in it's box, unfinished. Looks like a fresh perspective is all I needed to get motivated again.......... -

Hey, Bob.... Do you know how to use the quote function? Not trying too be a smartalec, but it's the only way to directly reply to a post...... I'm really liking your build....... -
What better way to clear dirty water than to leave it alone?

To WIP or not to WIP

I try to do a progress thread on all my builds.... If for no other reason than to show you guys what I'm working on. Y'all appreciate the 'work' that goes into building, most folks wouldn't really understand what all was done........ -
Overland or Oversea, I'll go to where my baby be......

I started this Fujimi 6 series some time back...... I had put carpet in the floors because the stampings are visible. Somehow it caused some interference when it was time to join the finished chassis to the body. I let it sit in it's box for a while, and just the other day drug it back to the bench. I'll show the engine bay and chassis that are complete. I've disassembled the interior to sort it out, and hopefully be able to fit this bad boy together! Here's the link to the original WIP thread......... -

I had a lot of "growing pains" when I first joined the forum......... This was/still is the only forum that I'm a member of. I had to learn all the basics ( etiquette and such... )..... But I've learned a Bunch since I've been here, and from the looks of this thread that I started some time back, a lot of other builders have improved with their building..... This is the Best forum about anything, anywhere........

Y'all want to hear something funny? Sometimes while typing a response to something, I'm trying to type fast enough that the previous sentence doesn't change...........
