Thanks again Brian, It's just that I been doing this now for 60+ years and really, really enjoying it. Always trying something different, building in plastic, resin, white metal, printing decals, scratchbuilding, I'm now trying casting, initially with plaster and have bought the chemicals to try resin casting, when I can get my head around the measuring of the different components! But in the meantime still building. I finished an MPC Hombre Pickup yesterday, but as I bought it as an 'already started' I found four sets of airforce and military decals in the box, so built it military! I started a Revell Steve Kinser Sprint Car kit today, we don't see them at all here in the UK, so something different again, happy modelling!

Another of my cheapy ebay 'already started' kits. As it came with 4 sets of USA and other military decals, I thought it a good idea....

Cheers Dann, yes a kit I'd had for a year, just waiting for the ART Team decals by Colorado to come in and then modify to fit.

Well here are two that I finished last week. A McLaren MP4 12C GT3 2013 and a Porsche 961 of 1989. The McLaren is a Fujimi kit with aftermarket ART Team decals from the Colorado Company and the Porsche is a simple but effective Snap Kit using the kit decals.

I've changed to Fotki after pressure from PB and a threat and request for $399! Fotki have given me a three year contract for 3rd party hosting at $120! So I started using them about two weeks ago. One of our main model sites here in the UK (Locate & Cement)has been taken down by PB! Although I've put new threads on there using Fotki, none of the members have any access at all to the site as it's covered in PB logo's. They are just shysters nothing more or less!

Superb paint and decaling Clay well done. Watching this with interest!

The DTM came to both Silverstone and these cars in their day and Donnington about 10 years ago. Fabulous race series, but unable to see here as it's on BT Sport channel for mega bucks each month. The decaling looks fab!

Change to Fotki $120 for three years!

Looks superb already Andre. I remember as a race/airfield marshall at Silverstone many years ago when these started racing, they were just spectacular!

Thanks guys. yes the tyre decals are just a 1/24th scale aftermarket set bought from either GrandPrix Models at Banbury or Hiroboy out of Cheltenham. I think the manufacturer might be Mr Model, Virage, Hobby Design, Pit Wall, Blue Stuff or Colorado.

Thanks guys. I had another a couple of years ago and built it into this.....It was taking so long to get a set of more comprehensive decals.......... I used a camo set and cut up some carbon fibre decal as well!
