  1. Thanks guys. Yes cobraman, what a pain making up all the jockeywheels and the track. To join the rubber track I tried two sorts of glue and they both came appart! So I looked out my mini-stappler and hey presto! here's a few more build pics and two final staged pics of the finished subject.................... fit steering in cab and the three steering arms Fit cab cowl................. There are two seats in the kit this is the rubber one, the other is white plastic.............. Fit rear chrome panel and roll over bar................................ Finished in the cabin....................... Staged.................... A lot of parts, steering arms, steering wheel were chrome plated so I stripped this off and painted white.
  2. The build so far, no paint again, and decals cut from various odds and bits in stash box........... Plus Monster, Fox, 7Up, Skull, Alpinestars & Billabong................... Test fit cowl behind engine and seat. Because this is 1/20 th kit, none of my 1/24 & 1/25 scale racing drivers fit.
  3. Thanks guys. But I don't do any social media but this one! I will research Clearly Scale and contact them, thanks for the tip Dan.
  4. Thanks guys. No the band isn't in there as I am no good at figure painting. But yes the door opens easily, because I was going to put a jet ski in there but can't find a kit one!
  5. Built box stock with a few changes. The first was using the razor saw to remove the moulding on the bonnet. Then using most of the kit, painting in my choice of colours and using the rear panels as separate decal adverts, 7Up, hellaflush, and various surf,BMX,MBC prints. Oh and changing the wheel/tyre combo for Centrelines....

    Ferrari Mythos

Thanks David. I'm an import car builder because here in the UK we have no model manufacturers so we have no choice. It's either the USA, which I think has most of it's models are made in China, or with Tamiya, Fujimi etc come from Japan.

    Ferrari Mythos

Cheers Dann, I've not seen a Tamiya kit of this in the UK!

    Ferrari Mythos

Hi Dann, thanks for your comments but.......................it's a Revell kit!
  9. Thanks guys for your comments. Yes I do build different aircraft. I built all of the WW2 stuff from the age of 8 upwards, so they hold no interest. I'm constantly looking for unusual craft, mainly european or eastern bloc, very interesting.
  10. Built box stock. Although Box art depicts a two tone blue colouring, in all research and the kit instructions show only grey, white, silver, or camo colours were used by the Swidish Royal Air Force. There was also a comprehensive PE sprue.

This is built box stock, polished plastic with a clear gloss on top, no decals as for me anyway, difficult to decal onto raised embossed logo's........... Perhaps I should have shaved off the logo's, then decalled.
  15. Hey Blair you must have a bus and van production live going on! Superb again.
  16. Superb, I wish I had a school bus like that to take me to school.! Well done Blair.
  17. Thanks Dann. I'm building something at the moment that might be finished by the weekend, but no promises!
  18. Hey Jim that's brilliant, I like your own crazy Scale Auto Parts decals, superb!
  19. Thanks Chris, I'm always looking to do something different!
  20. Cheers Jeff, I thought it would be different to convert it to road use.
  21. Thanks Tony.
  22. Although Ettore Bugatti was born Italian he started and built all of his cars in France. This is a depiction of a fictional retired EB110. Living near the Silverstone Circuit in the UK, when they have classic car meetings, there are people who drive to the meetings in racing cars that have been converted to road cars after their racing careers are over........ this one I've registered in Italy. You can see that the body and paint have seen better days but the chassis and engine are still capable of high speeds......
  23. Thanks Wayne, yes the Miyazaki Animes are great!

    Bmw gt3

Yes fantastic work on the decals on this BMW Z4 GT3. I built an earlier model from Fujimi that just had the BMW logo's and body stripes, nice kit.
