  1. If they do, I'll take a dozen But , nothing avail as far I know I know someone was doing the door panel white stripe ( but can't remember who )
  2. Correct, and I have serious doubts the car ran with that interior in it . That said , finding pics of the car back in the day is tough, when you do a search and 90% of what comes back is this restored car I remember seeing some photos of the car many years ago and ' I think ' it was black ,,but don't hold me to that. almost positive it had aftermkt seats in it .
  3. I thought Amblewagon did the AFX cars ?
  4. How about a little wing ?
  5. Chuck, any idea how well if at all these will fit an MPC bodied kit .? I like it a lot better than the Revell body And I have a few old Barry Setzer builtups to use
  6. I've built a couple of them. It's a pretty simple kit to do . But looks pretty good on the shelf. Like mentioned, the kits were designed back in the mid to late 60's so plan on lots of scratchbuilding if 100% accuracy is your goal Do it and enjoy it,,i did
  7. Today was a very good day. ABout 3 pm today , it moved under it's own power for the 1st time since approx 1994 Cars owner was pumped to say the least . 1970 Challenger Rt/SE 440 six pack 4 speed 4.10 Dana.
  8. There were no interior door or rear trim panels on the car ,,nothing but sheetmetal, and yes it was all Petty Blue. Edit, did some ck'ing and now I am not so sure found some pics of the #41 Plymouth and it has silver sheetemtal over the interior door opening
  9. dittto, no interest no matter how iconic BUT, if we all liked the same thing it would be kinda boring
  10. Turbo Blue as a nice car drives slowly by
  11. Sure wish Missing link would do a 64 Plymouth sedan body to go with said grill hint hint not real happy with the JF body I bought this spring
  12. And it's a nice piece ( fits the Lindberg body btw )
  13. I have a Gold Leaf 1972 Barracuda promo. I've always liked the color I can get a better picture tomorrow if u want , this pic doesn't show the color very well.
  14. A buddy of mine collects Mopar matchbook sets. He has a bunch of them ,,mostly 50's and early sixties books. I collect Mopar dealership promotionals ,,, At least I used to . Prices have skyrocketed and pretty much priced me out of them. But I do have some nice ones
  15. Needs bigger tires
  16. Agreed, Ronnie and Jake King are both gone. Not sure about Dave Christie. I had an opportunity to meet Ronnie, Buddy and Jake King several years back. But gave up waiting in line to do a meet and greet. and walked away,,,big mistake as Jake passed a year or so later
  17. This one, hands down. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=42096
  18. for the most part. the 1970 had a full stock interior,,, ft seats, door panels etc etc ,,,,,,EXCEPT no back seat
  19. Looking good so far. I built one of these a year or so ago. And it's one of my favorite cars in my display case
  20. I have a few kits I will not build due to collectable value or sentimental value. But none due to complexity or lack there of. If I doubt the kit will represent what I want it to look at once completed,, I either A - don't buy it in the 1st place or B - don't keep it once I buy it. So basically with exception to maybe a half dozen kits I own,,,ALL are workbench bound ,,,someday
  21. ? http://www.futurattraction.com/
  22. All the major model manufacturers could take a couple years off and I would still be good. I already have more than I'll probably ever build anyway
  23. Yes, The problem with most ( if not all ) of the MPC funnycar kits, they were just stock wheelbase promo bodies on a generik funnycar chassis. At least the Pro stock kits were a tad more accurate
  24. nope, they are right for the year
