  1. I did find a small blip about the Demon kit on Tower Hobbies site , as a Dec 2013 release date, I can wait. Also the Ford Hauler is Oct 2013 , again, I can wait Talk about making my day,,,,,,,,,,,, Finally A Demon kit . Glad I sold my unbuilt Ford hauler kit last year.
  2. Is this list fact ? I just looked on the Round 2 website and I don't see anything A Dodge Demon kit has been on top 10 most wanted list what seems like forever
  3. My personal top 5 1971 Dodge Challenger 1965 Plymouth Belvedere ( hardtop AND sedan ) 1965 Mercury Comet 1966 Plymouth Satellite or Belvedere 1971 ( or 72) Dodge Demon
  4. I have a picture of a Petty hauler truck very similar ( if not the same) as this era cab. And it is a 4 door cab. But I ' think' it's a later 60's model years cab (will post as picture tonight )
  5. I remember seeing pictures of the van and I think it was a late 70's piece. ( yes,, it was a parts runner / shop vehicle )
  6. Price ? unknown. I am not the manufacturer, just simply passing on the info. But I have one of his D100 4door cabs and I think it was in the $35-$40 range
  7. Outside of model club meeting contests ( of which I am no longer a member, and haven't been for some time ) , I haven't entered a model contest in years. This is the last one I built as a 'contest' model . With exception to a few builds shown on these forum boards no one sees my builds outside of my household. This car was built using the 'then new' AMT Daytona kit. requiring a lot of work to get the nose to look right . With a chassis from the also then new AMT 1969 GTX kit.
  8. I sent Ron an email if he had any interest in converting the currently avail D100 to a heavier D300 or larger. And he's interested. If you are contact him at andrews_544@hotmail.com I already have my name in the hat on the 1st two out of the mold. I want to do this truck and others
  9. I've never seen any definitive pictures of the car,,, but I think it was just plain white. As soon as this kit was announced I started cking out pictures all over the net. and found very few of this car as opposed to the blue 1969-70 car
  10. Thanks, I have a missing link grille and rear bumper to backdate it to a 1972 for a Wally Booth pro stock cenversion
  11. Does the blue box version have clear glass in it ?
  12. Hard part would be coming up with the kit to use a basis
  13. Even with all the bad raps this kit gets it sure brings back memories ( apparently I am not the only one ) . I love it. Kudos to the op. I have 2 of the re-issues from a few years ago waiting patiently in the wings. One will be built , one will stay sealed ,,,,,,,,,,just because it is one from my early days .
  14. 1/25th for the revell kit and I'm in I assume these are for the 72-73 body style ?
  15. Thats so ugly it needs disposed of asap. pack it up ( carefully ) and send it to me so I can give it a proper burial. jk btw Sad part is these decals are no longer avail unless you find someone who has an unused set avail
  16. http://rmrresin.webs.com/nf125.htm
  17. Cool project. Is the JF body based on an original AMT kit , or is it based on a Polar lights version ? I have a resin 1965 Plymouth afx hardtop coming for a Sox and Martin car ( later)
  18. Anyone have a short hauler kit they've parted out ? I don't need the cab, box or power plant . All I need is the chassis, and running gear/suspension
  19. I have an L700 here so I'll ck it this weekend .Thanks for the idea. But, The more I look at it, the more I think I'll do the Landy truck instead. The grille differences is going to bug me to much to do the Jenkins/Strickler version. For that one I'll get a Modelhaus cab,,,,,,,, down the road. Now just need to figure out how to do the ft fender flares, I'm thinking 1/4 round bent to shape. As always I am open to suggestions. Although,,,,,,, I wouldn't rule out a Hustler Hauler either.
  20. My original intention when I bought the cab was to do the Strickler Jenkins truck Now I am leaning more towards doing some mods to the cab and do a Landy truck for my Landy Hemi Dart As far as the chassis , I don't know yet. I did a test fit with a chassis from the little red extress truck and I think it's to far off. So I am open to ideas - suggestions
  21. A resin Hemi Rat Roaster intake from member Bartster. (nice piece btw ) for an upcoming Rod Shop Charger build.
  22. Everything for this is starting to come together. Just got the 1 ton wheels in last week . Ramp body I've had for a while. Service body I just got in last week . Still undecided which direction to go with it. So I'm looking for ideas. My original intention was to do the Jenkins - Strickler truck they used to pull the 64 Dodge Race car around on a trailer with. But I realized yesterday the grille is wrong for that application. Dodge cab is from RMR , Service bed is from Hendricks Motorsports. Ramp bed is a scratchbuilt piece I bought off Ebay
  23. There is one posted here http://classracer.com/classforum/showthread.php?p=345612
  24. You got 90% (43 right out of 48). The average score is 73%
