  1. Height as well. E 's are the shortest and L 's are the tallest , theres very little from one to the other, but if you measure an E60 to a L60 it gets very noticable It's a shame this kit doesn't come the correct G 60 or F60 - 15's
  2. Steve Juliano does own the RTS duster mentioned. He found it in a long term parking garge in Detroit area. I do not believe he owns or has ever owned the RTS Cuda Or the Sonic Cuda
  3. Promo kits are recent ( past 15 years or so ) attempts from the manufacture to get more mileage out of the tooling. simply put the un-assembled promo in a different box with a different label,,,,,, whalla it now caters to the model builders crowd as opposed to the promo collector community. As mentioned some promos will barely bring $5 - $10 range, these are either seriously damaged older original promos but most are recent issues ( think mid 90's and newer ) simply because the market is flooded with them . SOME promos will bring some serious coin, a 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T convertible promo as an example. I collect Mopar promos from the 60's thru early 70s time frame and even the above is WAAAAAAY out of my reach
  4. I consider it good if I just get to work on a model in a month, let alone finish one ( or more) a month
  5. I use a urethane over everthing ( it's the rattle cans from UPOL ) Haven't had a problem yet and I've used it on about 10 bodies I have painted in waiting
  6. You mean actually finish more than one per year ? I've finished 3 cars this year, one was start to finish this year. Yes just one. the other 2 were painted/started in the late 90's I've got probably 15 started does that count ?
  7. I used the Duplicolor chrome and it simulates polished aluminum real well ( sprayed right out of the can )
  8. I took a builtup Ramchargers Dart funnycar body and combined it with a builtup LA Dart body to make my own ( still sits unfinihsed though ) I'll donate it out if someone reputable wants to make a copy of it
  9. Chuck, just so I'm not draging this post any farther off course to the OP. PM sent
  10. 44 The Fred Cady sheet is for the 1966 - 1967 Plymouth B body cars. Sheet # is 449 I have both the Cady sheet as well as a sheet from Special App to do the 1971 Cuda which is very different from the 72-73 Cuda
  11. Here are 2 more , and you count me in for a sheet if you decide to do the decals for this car . ps, the 1973 Duster was painted almost identically.
  12. If Caine doesn't mind the hijak I'll go thru my pictures and see what I have and post them here Do you need a straight on side shot ?
  13. Shown,,,it's the 1970 season version. I 'think' the decals are avail for this car( not 100% sure though) The one with the lighter yellow side panels was the 1971 car
  14. more those are for the 1971 car
  15. PS, the only decals I know that are readily avail are the Sox and Martin car as well as the Motown Missle car. If there are others, someone let me know as I have several old MPC builders in the boxes put away
  16. I save any and every picture I find of Old drag cars, especially Mopar stuff .
  17. I will follow along with this one as well. I have one in the stash for that sometime in the future build.
  18. There are several ebay sellers that use Payapl. Jim Heller and Raceminded are the 2 that I use most
  19. Roger, this is not good news and I am sorry to hear. and I guess I got lucky with my most reent order and will have to double guess myself on any future orders
  20. I'll have to look into that one( I don't have one her to ck) Thanks
  21. I thnak you. Reason I asked was 1976 is slightly out of the timeline I concentrate on and if I needed to buy a resin body , I would probably pass on this one. But if I can use it on a revell kit I already have, it might push me to get this one for later use
  22. I currently have one large display case. 5' tall by 4.5' wide with sliding glass doors. There are 6 or 7 glass shelves inside( case is full by the way ) Then I have a standup curiuo cabinet in the family room ( it matches the other wood TV stand and Shelves in the same room ) It's almost full . I've sold a few but ended up regretting that part,,,,,, so from now on all will stay with me. So I parring down on my interests / subject matter to build, Which will be all drag cars from the sixties to early seventies, with some factory stock stuff thrown in for good measure
  23. mod tops were never avail on any year duster
  24. USPS dropped it off today. An unbuilt Johan 1962 Dodge kit for an upcoming RAMCHARGERS project Bill
