  1. Still ridiculous no matter what generation it is. Anything for a high I suppose.
  2. Sorry for posting this in the wrong section.I forgot that there was a separate place for truck reviews. I give my thanks to which ever mod moved it.
  3. Unless you're under 18. Yeah, I'm a frickin' National Honor Society member and am ranked 9th in my class but because of some immature idiots I can't buy spray paint for use on a tiny car. My own generation's lack of respect for anything that isn't theirs is pathetic.
  4. Considering Round 2 just re-issued the '72 Blazer along with the '78 Ford, what would be the chances of seeing the '72 fleetside being re-issued any time soon? My wants for one have really increased after I found my 85-year-old grandpa's old one after a trip to the local Junkyard. I have wanted to build this truck for him for a while but finding its remains really re-sparked my interest. The most recent reissues are bringing in upwards of $30 plus shipping which I find a little bit ridiculous considering the tooling's age and the fact that the kit was issued in about 2006. Any insight is appreciated.
  5. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
  6. I thought that pic was real at first glance. What a beauty!
  7. 11 here on the Science one. I missed the 2nd and the 8th. Dunno why I thought atoms were smaller than electrons or why I thought CO2 was more prominent in the Earth's atmosphere....
  8. Been there, done that. When I was new to modeling I bought 3 opened kits from one of my LHS. Of the three, only one had tires, and it had only two that weren't even from it. The kits were a AMT 34 ford coupe (The one with tires, no engine block and partially modified) Revell 50 F-1 (I had almost two kits in one box, I was only short a second cab/fender unit and engine), and Revell 37 Ford Sedan (Only missing diorama and tires). More recently, from my other LHS, I bought a AMT 89 Silverado that looked to only be missing a taillight. It turned out to be missing ALL of the stock engine parts, instruction sheet, and probably some other small stuff. I immediately returned it and got my money back ($18 for a kit that needed a donor kit to be built, no thanks). I feel your pain.
  9. I was expecting a General Lee. Bullet nose Studes are cool too though..
  10. We need an applauding and bowing emoticon. Looks great Joe!
  11. If this is going to be anything like your Challenger, this is gonna be one heck of a ride!
  12. So when are you posting the video of the start up and scale burnout? This is incredible Joe and I'm kinda sad to see it nearly done, but I know that means another one is coming up!!
  13. How did I miss that you started another one?!? Great job so far!
  14. Cool. If my Gremlin wasn't already started from a few years back, I would enter it. My plan for it was 426 HEMI with the 727 Torqueflite Automatic.
  15. I love your idea for the interior. You should go with shag carpeting on this like I did my 1:1 Astro
  16. Does it run? That is truly insane detailing. I think we need a bowing emoticon added to the forum for builds like this . Great job.
