Speedfreak Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Great job Steve, what color did you use for the rose? And, do you foil your scripts prior to painting? You've got that down to a fine art.
Dragline Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 One of the most in scale paint jobs i have ever seen. Gorgeous boat.
StevenGuthmiller Posted April 11, 2015 Author Posted April 11, 2015 Great job Steve, what color did you use for the rose? And, do you foil your scripts prior to painting? You've got that down to a fine art. Thanks guys! Yes Gene, I foil my scripts before the final color coat, then clean them off & clear coat over them. The top color is an MCW 1959 Dodge color called just plain old "Coral". Steve

I was a little apprehensive about this color combo myself, but I think it came together quite well. Harry, it's an original AMT '59 Bonneville kit that I picked up on ebay. Steve
