Custom Vette

This started as an MPC Street Fever Vette; a later reissue of the Mako Shark II.  It was complete, unpainted and (poorly) partially assembled.

I added the wheels and made the graphics.

Very different and therefore very interesting! Not sure I'm a fan of the black graphics but I LOVE the super-shiny green flake paint! You don't see these built every day and you've done an especially nice one! Well done and model on!

That is pretty cool.  It absolutely captures the 70's custom car look.  The color is a real eye catcher.  The next thing that caught my eye was the stance.  She is sitting pretty!

No Dan, it doesn't open, it is a curbside.  The hood was off by a good 0.060 side to side.  And it didn't line up well at all.  Plus the engine and front suspension were a glue-bomb mess.
