pturley84 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Hello all, I have completed my build up of the Revell of Germany London Bus. This is definitely a time consuming kit and not for the faint of heart. All-in-all it was a fun build bit it took me 6 1/2 months to complete and I am glad it is over. The whole thing is painted with acrylic paint. The body is cleared with Krylon Gloss clear. I detailed the engine with some parts from Pro-tech. I also made my own umbrellas, breifcase, sling shot, and magazines for the interior. I hope you enjoy. Thanks,Paul
bobthehobbyguy Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Very nicely done. Superclean. Weathering is perfect.
Harry Joy Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Very nice. I like it a lot. But it begs the question - what happened to all the passengers? Was there a bomb threat? Accident? Struck by alien people-snatchers?
Crazy Ed Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Wow Paul. Looks like you've scuffed up the face of the steps, and stained the seats to show use. Well Done.
wayne swayze Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Wow! That's a lot of work! However, you have built a great looking bus with lots of detail. Congrats!
Ace-Garageguy Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 (edited) Beautifully done model. Really makes me miss London of the late '60s-early '70s. Even the looks-like washed-out morning sunshine is perfect. Edited March 19, 2016 by Ace-Garageguy

Jairus Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 (edited) Very nice. I like it a lot. But it begs the question - what happened to all the passengers? Was there a bomb threat? Accident? Struck by alien people-snatchers?I was thinking the same thing. The bus is beautiful... but appears abandon. Edited March 21, 2016 by Jairus
