One of my favorite threads on this board is this one you started way back when, so I figured it's a good time for another contribution. Being a Craftsman kit, it was only a partial glue bomb. The taillights and rear chrome molding were welded in place, and the body was partially shaved with coarse sandpaper. It was pretty ugly under that Testors blue enamel. Wow, what a save! The finished result looks amazing!
John M. Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 I tried different ways to upload images on my computer before as advised by some posters but it's as cranky as can be for some reason. However. I got a 1988 Chevy long bed pickup last weekend at a flea market that was missing both front wheels and axles for$3. Otherwise, the truck was in great shape. A set of Pegasus mags and tires took care of that. I used thin axles and they give the truck a cool low stance when it's on all fours. I'm also going to be in the market for a new computer soon. I wanna share my builds too.

Brian Austin Posted June 16, 2022 Posted June 16, 2022 I've always thought it was a skunk (hence the pun). I can now see it as a squirrel now, though.

Paint it black, run a white stripe down its back, and voila! Instant skunk. At least, according to all those old Warner Brothers cartoons. 3

ewetwo Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 Here's one that has been bouncing around. IMC GT 40. Can't really call it a glue bomb as every time I touch it another part falls off. LOLDon't know what I'll ever do with it. 1
Chuck Mols Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 Just got these yesterday. Haven't even had time to look them over closely.

That's actually a decent build for that kit, I've seen worse junk sold on Ebay. If I had something available, I'd trade you for it.

Chariots of Fire Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 I've got this one. Found it at the LHS for $0. Just a take and do as you will. Still got the later Ford p/u's to deal with. But I re-built the '34 Ford. 1
ewetwo Posted June 28, 2022 Posted June 28, 2022 Picked this up today. Great for trading of if someone is looking for something. I’ve never seen the 1960 corvette with working coil springs in the front before.

I did find the instructions Gramps46 but it’s not something I’m interested in. Plus my hands shake too much as there looks like a lot of precision abilities. Those exhaust pipes freak me out. Lol Thank you. Edited June 29, 2022 by ewetwo
