Lots of great stuff here. I thought I already replied, but this is one of my favorites. I forget the underlying blue pearl color, but it was topped with 3 coats of red clear and lots of clear on top of that.purple2.jpg

My favorite: Testor mystic emerald lacquer (+ clear coats), cant beat the fantastic shade/finish of this color:wub::

Wow to everyone that posted a car on this thread.  I don't like picking favorites but among my top 5, the 2 builds cars that "Cruz" posted are amazing.  Wish I could paint like that.  cheers, tim

I don't really dig blue cars... even though I just finished a blue superbird, go figure... but that is dead sexy. What color is it?

The color I used was Model Master dark metallic blue thinned down and shot through a Paasche airbrush. Then it was clear coated with a two part automotive clear.
