My daughters built models with me when they were young. My older daughter is 32 and getting married next month. Her models are still in my display case!  They grow up fast, enjoy them and build memories now!

It is so exciting to see kids getting into the hobby. I'm hoping that I can get my girls started. I think I started when I was about 7 but what do you think is a good age for kids to begin building? 

You have done well getting them involved and their workmanship is excellent!

which age they are ready depends on them self, they started around 11 years, my son is 8,5 he is not intrested at all at the moment, hopefully he will be interested one day
