69 Revell Z28

I specifically painted this one navy blue because I thought the white kit stripes would look good with that color. So of course I screwed up the decals laying them down, so now its just a navy blue Z/28.

Even without the stripes, That Camaro is SWEET!!!  Great build Terry. I've always loved the lines of the 1969 Camaro.

Not quite that simple with factory 1G Z/28 stripes. There are curved corners and cheat lines involved.

Great looking model! If the paint is metallic, it's darn close to Dusk Blue and you don't often see '69 Camaros modeled in that color (or real ones, for that matter).

I also think it looks better without the stripes. When I built one I had to use two decal sets to get the stripes right. They just don't want to work on the hood and spoiler and the white will let the darker body color show thru anyway.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone!! Yeah it's grown on me without the stripes so I'm gonna leave be and call it done.
