I bought the body awhile ago but couldn't find the old Cherry Run Decals anywhere. I just had a set of decals custom made because this is my favorite stock car ever. Let alone it is a Montego GT one of my favorite cars ever.

First things first is to make the wheelwells look like the real car by adding some small flares.i also removed all the old primer.Lastly primed and modified the rear of the frt wheel opening to look like the picture.

Next is to stretch a Thunderbird chassis. A small notch must be made in the frame to locate the firewall the same distance forward as the chassis was stretched.

Hey!....What's the hold up?  I haven't started on mine cuz I'm waiting for you to finish so I can repossess intellectual properties (ie. steal ) that will be exhibited when you post.  LOL!   Hope things are going well and can't wait till you post!  Chuck

other stuff has gotten in the way I've done a little on it though. I've even working on my 1:1 Montego GT. I'll post some pictures tonight.
