Could not have done this without the late Harry P & Steven Guthmiller  providing tips & encouraging me to stretch my abilities, & thanks Steven for providing the missing parts...

wheels & tires are from AMT 62 T-Bird

Very nice job..The 60 Edsel was really just a Ford with different quirks that made it look Edsel..Was nice and separate in 1958 but just too radical for that time period..Front end was just butt ugly..

Very nicely done Al. That license plate would work twice as good for me as that kit was the last one I built in 1960 until 2003.

Pretty cool. Those taillights remind me of an old Comet.

Comets were intended to be part of the Edsel line. The taillights of the 60-61 Comet were the same ones used on the 60 Edsel, interior hardware on the 60-61 Comets were originally used on the 59 Edsel.

Agree.  Just ugly!

some call Edsels ugly, others said they were ahead of their time...in 1968 full size Pontiacs looked very much the same
