Belugawrx Posted December 25, 2017 Posted December 25, 2017 Enthusiast's Model from Fujimi built as a curbside with engine completed for display Fujimi tried to cram alot of detail into this , some of which I found to interfere with completing the kit. So I decided to make it a curb side with a displayed engine.. Paint is Alclad white Filler primer, under 3 coats of Duplicolor Flash Red and 2 coats of Duplicolor Clear I am going to build up a cement garage floor to display both.. Thanks for looking in Cheers
droogie Posted December 25, 2017 Posted December 25, 2017 Very nice! I like the detail painting and subtle weathering. It give a much more candid appearance.
bbowser Posted December 25, 2017 Posted December 25, 2017 Wise decision. That great engine would be mostly hidden in the car. Well done!
Daniel Lynch Posted December 26, 2017 Posted December 26, 2017 Wow! Great model! Your engine was super nice, you give a lot attention to details!
89AKurt Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 Nice job on a great kit! I have a GTS in my stash. Why not have the engine outside? Like the wiring too. I saw the Scottsdale dealer has one, asking over $400,000!
spencer1984 Posted December 29, 2017 Posted December 29, 2017 Nice clean work, the engine looks especially nice with the subtle weathering
slusher Posted December 31, 2017 Posted December 31, 2017 Super sharp build Bruce! Awesome detailed engine!

Belugawrx Posted September 26, 2018 Author Posted September 26, 2018 from almost a year ago,..the last model completed,... Thanks for all of the comments,..I spent all of the time on the engine and not enough on the finish. A present for 1 of my buddies Micheal Vito Damore,..and yes he gets to keep Kelly...
Rider Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Good job Bruce. Your friend will be happy to have that, nice work.
