E. Raza Ronny Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 (edited) Lovely build. YOu could just make the chin spoiler out of plastic cards. Made many of these for most of my old cars. Like the one on this 240z Edited January 9, 2018 by E. Raza Ronny added photo
donb Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 Lots of comments on the car. The interior looks pretty darn nice too.

I like the look overall of the MPC body, but why does the hood have vents at the base of the windshield? They shouldn't be there. I think your build is very well done. Good point. That is just on my many gripes about the MPC version. The AMT kt hood does not have the vents. That was one thing that makes the 71-73s unique along with hidden wipers. You would think the mold could have been fixed in 45 years but clearly they just do not care.
D. Battista Posted January 9, 2018 Posted January 9, 2018 Looks like you overcame the issues of old kit tooling.... and did an outstanding job on this Mustang ..! Paint and decal work are great. not a fan of '71 to '73 Mustangs but this one looks good... thanks for sharing....

Can-Con Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 Looks fantastic Randy. I plan to do mine very similar to yours. Gotta get some more decals from Keith soon. Is that Testors Hugger Orange?

kelson Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 A lot of these old annuals have issues, but in the hands of builders with a good skill level they turn out pretty nice, like this Mustang.
Modelbuilder Mark Posted January 11, 2018 Posted January 11, 2018 Vey sharp mustang. This was my favorite mustang growing up.
Dann Tier Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 It has the right look....great colors....and expertly built!!!
bogger44 Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 Very nice, Randy. It's not easy making those kits look good, but you sure did a great job of it. One of the best I've seen.
