Another great one. It also got me to buy the kit. I was much happier with what I found in the box, over what I found in Revell's Nomad above.

Thanks Gary, you posted some nice ones as well. Yea the 300SL is a special version of the AMT kit.  It's supposed to include a cardboard background but the kit I bought doesn't have it.

Along with the AURORA Avanti and XKE roadster, I always loved their box art for the Jaguar XKE coupe.  Even if, as somebody pointed out, the background is way out of proportion. (Unless that mechanic climbing the ladder is about 8 feet tall.)

I like to think that Revell paid an homage to this art, with the box of their recent '76 Torino stock kit.  It has a jet fighter, girl, guy and car.

I've always had an issue with deciding what my favorite anything is.

daddyfink and I both know Alan Day, one of the best box stock builders I know. He did more than a few box art models for Testors. They were good lids.

The above maybe my all time favorite box art ever done. Sucked me into buying my first one back in the day.

Ya but what great box top, bought this kit 3 years ago just for the box top.  What a picture
