I love Miura's too and I plan to buy a Miura model, after I have moved and settled in.

Looking forward to what you think of the Hasegawa.

Thanks, William!, I have 7, but i'm about to post another one i'm working on, a TOTALLY scratchbuilt car, that i'm pretty sure barely any people even know about, but its been a favorite of mine for a long time.

Thanks, Shaun!, You will love the kit!!…..its way easy, and NO fit, or assembly issues!!, and there are ALOT of decals, and choices!!…..I've already built one a while ago, but it bugs me because I tried a new semi-gloss clearcoat over my interior, and it made it WAAAAAY too glossy, so i'm gonna redo it, and ditch the old one!   -heres the old one....

That does look amazing indeed, you should be very proud of that.

I guess it is much like anything else, we all have different expectations from what we produce, I would be over the moon if I managed to finish a car to that level, but your bar is set somewhat higher.

Thanks for sharing the photos :)

Thanks, Shaun, but year after year, it still annoys me, so it had to be replaced....I gave it enough time.

Did you hollow out the rear grille?  I remember the kit part is molded solid.

Sorry I missed your response, Silvester, Yes I did make that Honeycomb grille see-through, by using a diamond Barrel carefully, then sanding.....I will show everyone during this build.

Beautiful model, and one of Lamborghinis best designs! Just wondering if this is a curbside or full engine detail kit? Might pick up one of these down the road. ;)

Yes it is, Bill!, its what I like to call; "a 3/4 engine detailed kit", if done right, it could look complete, due to how they engineered it, and the fact that there are still a lot of highly detailed parts.

Dann, you inspired me to snag one of these. It’s on its way from Japan as I type. I got the kit of the ‘71 P400 SV. 1971 is my birth year so that adds to the fun and since I’ll never own a real ‘71....

OUTSTANDING!!!, you will LOVE this kit!  that's cool about your birth year, I was born in 70, and I built a model of my real 1970 Plymouth Duster 340 wedge. I intended to build two of them, one for how it looked before the paint job, and one to show how it looks after its all painted. So far, I've only managed the first one...lol
