Richard Bartrop Posted November 11, 2023 Author Posted November 11, 2023 I resprayed the whitewalls, and did a mockup to see how it's shaping up. 8
Zippi Posted November 11, 2023 Posted November 11, 2023 Good looking little Hot Rod. The whitewalls looks really good now.
goon Posted November 11, 2023 Posted November 11, 2023 YES! Fantastic Hot Rod! Stance, color combo, and parts... Right on ! Thanks for sharing.
customline Posted November 11, 2023 Posted November 11, 2023 (edited) I'm totally digging this. This roadster is a perfect period piece....And yeah, I read all of Felsen's books that i could find in my middle school library. I think it's pathological ?. Edited November 11, 2023 by customline
David G. Posted November 12, 2023 Posted November 12, 2023 That's beautiful! I love the color and the whitewalls in combination with the Western Smoothies. David G.
Richard Bartrop Posted November 14, 2023 Author Posted November 14, 2023 The more I look at this, the more I think the windshield needs a trim. 1

Richard Bartrop Posted December 14, 2023 Author Posted December 14, 2023 I got the gauges printed up on clear stock. I figured I might as well print a whole sheet full of them, so now I have a lifetime supply of '50s vintage Stewart Warner gauges. I also flipped the image so the shiny side faces outward. And here they are with the backs painted white, and installed in the dash. 3
Rattlecan Dan Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 Very nice looking. Has a real stretched look to it.
David G. Posted December 14, 2023 Posted December 14, 2023 Great idea getting the gauges printed like that. David G.
