Finished up the Revell Baja Bronco kit. I replicated my dad's old Bronco. Had a tough time getting the kit for a decent price. I thought that too many mod add-ons would be needed for the stock bronco and it would be more expensive in the end, so this was cheaper and easier than cutting the fenders and adding after market flares. I don't know why this kit is over-priced. I matched the color and white interior of the real one as close as I could. No pics of the real one unfortunately. It was a great off-road vehicle as I drove it many times out in Ocotillo Wells and Salton Sea way back in the late 70's. His was a '73 I believe. I bought after market tires (solid) which were just cast so horribly and in white! Won't mention where, but I will not be going back there. The rear gas cap went flying off to Neptune as I tried to glue it on, so I used chrome pen for that. LOL. Thanx for looking.

Looks really good. Your dad must have had a fun Bronco. Like the combo of wheels and tires. It's  fun recreating trucks from our past. Nice work.

Very nice looking Bronco. The tires don't look bad in the photos. They look just like the B.F.G.'s KM2 tires on our JK.
