Old build. Not sure which kit, Monogram maybe? Built box stock. Whitewalls are yellowed from age, but paint has held up well.

Great looking big rig of a car. I agree with stevez on the white wall tires. The yellowing was a common problem in that era. You could not replicate that finish if you were trying to. You got it the same way they did back in the day, that's just the way they aged.

It is a Monogram Kit . The Yellowing is from the color of the plastic . IIRC , Monogram create this formula to best reproduce the de-rigor '30's Whitewalls .  It looks like the Whitewalls of the day . Green is my favorite Color . It's a Duesy .. I like this .. Nice and beautiful replica . With the Grille Gaps I believe this is a first run release .  Thanx ..

Classic beauty!

I always thought about a blind intersection. By the time the driver can take a look if there is oncoming traffic, half the car is already blocking the road :)

Thanks for all the comments! I remember way back when I was building this that I was impressed with the snap-in plastic whitewalls thinking they would not yellow. Guess I was wrong. However, as many have mentioned, they actually look correct now particularly for the subject time period. They will stay as-is.
