For those that haven’t seen the build thread...

This was supposed to be a wild Peterbilt creation using a 359 cab/roof and top of the hood section to give a similar look. While cutting the Pete and comparing to what I had here it just didn’t look right, so I kept going using the 50 Chevy roofline instead. Coming up with what you see here. I used the resin Flintstone’s “Shop Truck” that I did for him and cut it length wise and flipped the lower half of the body to reverse angle the back half of the quarters and to give the lower portion (rocker area) a more outward flow.

A little trim here, a bit of fill there and a whole lotta shakin’ and this is what came of it! Detroit 8v has been cut and shortened in height, turbos supplied by Rick Chupa (many thanks) and various parts from the parts box added in....

Hope ya like!! And yes!!! There are tires under it!!!

oops, just realized I need to run the exhaust dumps yet!! Oh well. I’ll get those on it...

Totally awesome build.  I believe you have gone a bit beyond the "Pure Stock" class at the "flats"  That green color suits it very well and would be quite noticeable screaming down the salt.  Great job.
