Blown Rat! I'm not saying what's under the "terrible towel"! :D

I need more motor!  To make it a fair fight I'll run you with this.

You're right! I had a total brain fart. Yes, the Cammer car would be better, for sure. Sorry 'bout that. They're both awesome, but, there's no substitute for cubes!

Snake, no I like it with out the side window frame.

So, a phantom Factory Experimental hardtop, then? Interesting and cool idea! B) So you'll be removing the rest of the window frames around the perimeter, then? Go for it!

Thanks Bill. The cleanliness of my builds belies the chaos of my work bench.  That's why I use the screen behind in my photos. :)

While I was messing with the wheels thought I would open the slots on the fronts.

The back half of the racing interior is complete.  The tub I started with is shown on the right.

Dove into the parts box to find a nice fiberglass style racing bucket and the lightest passenger seat I could find.

It really looks a bit like a Mk2 Lotus Cortina from that side pic JC!

There is certainly a family resemblance Shay, the Falcon being larger however.

Cars looking real nice. I have the same kit you are building. Back wheel arches are hacked bad. Need to rebuild them.

Lucky  you on the new find.

The '67 is my favorite of the Gen 3 Falcons.  Unfortunately Brad many of the Falcon kits had their wheel arches hacked up, trying to create the gasser build shown on the box art.  Thankfully for the '66 I'm building the wheel arch modifications where minor and I could work around them.

Excellent work as always JC !!!   Your interior conversion looks right on for the time period.

Highlight of my trip back east was spending time with you & Brad :)

Thanks Randy.  I enjoyed our time together as well, hope we can do it again sometime.

Thanks Dann.  Removed the gas tank, fabricated bumper mounts and made a patch panel for the lower corner of the rear quarter where it had broken off.

Glad you are enjoying the build Daniel.

Haven't had much bench time lately but I have been doing some shopping.  Scored this super clean '65 Fairlane.  Not a drop of paint ever on the whole kit!
