Michael in Illinois Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 That is really nice, love the interior and engine detail. Great foil work as well. Thanks for sharing

I’m dog-earing that interior photo as well. I have that kit minus the interior. My plan is to either scratch build one or modify one I have from a destroyed ‘60 Dodge Phoenix promo that is a very close fit, albeit, not a very close match style-wise. Chris, if you still need a '60 DeSoto interior, I have one that someone stuck in my '59 Plymouth - it's painted and a little beat-up but definitely usable. PM me your address and I'll send it along. I'll sink it in the purple pond tonight to get it cleaned up.
charlie8575 Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Very nice build. The DeSoto was bold, but very nicely-done, and I think a bit underrated. I consider it and it's companion Chrysler to be one of Exner's better designs. Charlie Larkin
BobbyG Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Beautiful build! You have the correct wheel stance as well. Great job with an old kit that always had a soft spot for me.
tbill Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 Great build, that interior is fantastic. Well done.
YBlock292 Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 Hi Anders, very good looking De Soto Adventurer! What brand is the color You used? Spray-Can, I guess? Best regards Ludwig
Wm David Green Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 Fantastic, absolutely solid gone. I have the unmade 'USA Oldies' box version in my stash, your build inspires me to have a go at it.
stavanzer Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 What a great build! The Colour you chose is perfect for the car. The finish is excellent as well.
