Wow Roberto. This work is fantastic! You say you're not an expert builder, but It looks like you are. I like your innovate ideas like building the seat from the old roof, and the moon tank. Some of the pictures look like a 1:1 car build. I'll be watching.

I live in a provincial village and there are no model shops, of course there is the internet, but the costs are often too high. For this I have to get by with what I have. This is my first model for at least 20/25 years

Great looking build here, nicely done detailing too. I wonder what something with a shoulder, like a .223 would look like?

Hi James, thanks! I'd try 222 but not good it's too little , I have also tried 6.5x55se but it result too long. Perfect diameter for this exhaust type are .45 cal, but 45 acp  is short. luckily I had some old 45 colt :). If you want to use something with shoulder you'll must try  .458 or similar I think

These are such spectacular kits even in their stock form. The detail and realism that Monogram packed into this large scale model has got to be one of the high-water marks of the early years of plastic kit engineering. And your superb design and fabrication work exploits what you've been handed to the maximum. It's really a treat to watch your work. Bravo, Roberto!

Awesome project! Bonus points for the use of 45C casings. I dont know if 458 socom is available in Italy, but it would probably work as well (45 cal at the opening with a larger diameter below the bottleneck)

today making interior design. I bought chinese cheap photoetched 5 point harness on ebay (see here) and steering wheel for 1/10 rc car (it was made in metal!!) For the price are excellent! On other site I bought the  1/12 switches  for switch panel. The dashboard lights made from clear frame of the kit (it hold rear window, headligh  t glass etc). Also I make some details for nos  tank. I use large pistol primer for gauge and handle.
