Where do you see that one?

I'm not seeing it.

Great looking collection. They all look to be built stock or close to it and that makes them even more desirable. Many have been reissued and if it were me I would avoid those unless they just speak to you as there are many others that have not been and those are the builds I would want. Two that standout to me are the white Valiant and the red '60 Edsel sitting on the table top without a box. I don't know if it would be appropriate or not to ask, but if you get either one or both of those I would be open to a trade with you for something you might prefer to have. To my thinking any one of these would be desirable if only to clean up a little and just display them.

The empty boxes alone could bring close to $500 on eBay!

Pretty sure that's a '63 Mercury Comet convertible Snake.

Shape of the front of the hood is wrong for a '65 Impala, as well as the size of the cowl vent, upholstery pattern, "triangular" shape of the trunk lid and the fact that there appear to be fender ornaments.

Just the overall size compared to the '65 Plymouth above it also tells me that the model is a compact and not a full sized car.

Sorry Snake, but I'm pretty certain it's not an Impala. ;)

You could be right. I was looking mainly at the triple taillights. Now I see it might not be big enough to be an Impala.

The '63 Comet has triple tail lights as well.

That plus the other features mentioned make me fairly confident that it's a Comet.

It's hard to tell the condition of these models, but upon second inspection, it appears that the '65 or '66 Plymouth might have significant A-pillar damage. :(

Just something to take into consideration.

Fantastic!

If you paid half of the $500.00 for this collection, your probably already half way to being in the black with that score alone!

These Johan '65 Plymouths are getting rarer and more expensive every day!

Scott, if you want to trade the '60 F-100, let me know.

Will most likely trade it Roger, i also have a 61 ford unibody.

HA!!!!!

Looks like you got most of the good ones!

Seriously though, the '65 Plymouth, '60 Ford truck, '65 Olds 88, '60 Buick hard top are all worth more than the price of admission!

If you ever decide to shed the '65 Olds, give me a holler! ;)

Steve I'll trade it

Congrats! Great deal on a great find! I'm just thankful the only car I'd want from that batch would be the '59 Buick (although I'd enjoy the challenge of turning that '62 Fleetwood into a Coupe deVille using a '62 Buick roof and glass). Got most of the others.

If the '60 Buick has its valve covers I'd like to borrow them to cast - they're the closest to correct stock early nailhead covers AMT ever made.

Looking forward to a couple dozen build threads! :)

Some real gems I see there! As Steve said, you landed a terrific deal in getting that '65 Fury. Those are getting very tough to find in good shape and I'm fortunate that I was able to get both the '65 and '66's in decent shape a few years ago. Another tough one to find in decent shape anymore without paying a pretty penny is MPC's 1965-'66 Dodge Monaco. Prices for those in unbuilt condition are in heart attack territory! ?

Congrats!

Wow Scott! Nice collection. I'll be watching for your trade posts. I see a few I'm interested in. (63 Chevy II, 63 Chrysler convertible, 61 Unibody pickup)

Great find. are these the ones you're thinking about trading ? I would be interested in the green '60 Ford F100 and the maroon '60 Buick hardtop if your open to any trades. Did your friend get the Valiant ? If he wants to trade that I would be interested in that one also.
