64Comet404 Posted July 4, 2020 Share Posted July 4, 2020 I posted a few pics yesterday in the WIP section, but since then, I have managed to add all the little finishing touches. I made a distributor and wired the engine, but apart from the wiring and a set of licence plates, it is OOB. Compared to the majority of Tamiya kits, I found this kit had a number of minor fit issues. As I mentioned earlier, this kit was very reminiscent of an Ebbro kit in execution, so I have a feeling that this car probably came from the same designer. The paint started out as TS Alpine Blue, but both my 20+ year old cans crapped out during spraying, so the finish coats were TS-54 metallic blue with a clear topcoat.
