baycolony Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Hey all just finished this one. Usual Tamiya quality. Painted in "Gravity Colors" Volt Acid Yellow. "Indycal" decals, and "Studio 27" carbon fiber for interior and aero parts. The only thing I added was some wire as the adjustable supports for the front splitter.
cobraman Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Great looking model. I need to think about getting one of those.
Phildaupho Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Awesome livery. Beautiful model. Kudos to Tamiya for producing this kit. Maybe there needs to be a dedicated thread for all the great Mustang GT4 builds ??
Venom Posted November 20, 2020 Posted November 20, 2020 Very nice, CLEAN work and all the tiny details?
Belugawrx Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 Nice work on that Gil!! Tell us about the toggle switch labelling,...decal,..paint ? Cheers

Bruce, the toggle switches were the kit decals overlayed with the "Studio 27" Carbon fiber decals. Solvaset allowed them to snuggle down over the molded in details.
Funkychiken Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 I can't get enough of these stangs! Great build there!
Andrew McD Posted January 26, 2021 Posted January 26, 2021 Wow, what a great rendition! Terrific craftsmanship!

baycolony Posted January 29, 2021 Author Posted January 29, 2021 Bruce, Solvaset is a decal solvent like microsol only stronger. I am assuming this is the question you have.
