I usually think that I don't need an airbrush, and I do just fine with spray bombs until I see paint jobs like this...  WOW.  Looks sooo good!

Thanks Dan. I've only used rattle cans until now but I must admit I'm a convert now

Do you mind sharing what airbrush setup you went with?

To be honest I've no idea! A member of my model club gave me compressor and a Pasche  airbrush. All I did was set the pressure fairly low and set the brush so the minimum amount of paint came through. Once I started painting I actually painted the masking first and then moved slowly across to where I wanted to paint to try and control the amount of paint went on the area I wanted to paint

First time using an airbrush??? I don't believe it! I love the paint job, that takes some doing! A nice build of a very finicky kit. I've never been able to get that hood fit, on several tries with this kit and the Thames panel. Bravo!!! -RRR

Yep same here it's not perfect fit but it closes so I'm not going to mess with it

Lee....really cool update of this timeless Revell kit....very authentic changes and a terrific job on the fade style two-tone paint....congratulations!  TIM
