1959scudetto Posted July 30, 2021 Posted July 30, 2021 (edited) Before I take a 2 week-timeout (holidays) I will show you 2 other of my mid-80's builts: spraypainted from the can, trim brushed with silver enamel. 1957 Chevy (1/25 mpc) and 1966 Chevelle SS (1/24 Monogram): Edited July 31, 2021 by 1959scudetto
oldscool Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 They both look great. Always wanted to build one of those Chevelles.
bisc63 Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 Cool street machines! Especially love the chrome slotted wheels on the Chevelle. Well done.

alan barton Posted August 1, 2021 Posted August 1, 2021 Wow, someone finally did something really different with a 57 Chevy! For a box stock model, it looks like you put a lot of your own touches on it. It is encouraging to see how good it looks when properly assembled. I have a mild glue bomb that is waiting in line but my intention is to build it as 57 post version of the Badman, with original Tom Daniels decals. I also plan to use the stripped 57 chassis from an MPC Slammer modified kit to upgrade the generic chassis that MPC used. I'm thinking it might move up the list more quickly now! Congratulations on a great model! Cheers Alan
