Katsusauce Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 (edited) AMT 63 Nova Wagon "454SS" Not so curbside kit..... Used an AMT Nova SS chassis and ALL related parts underneath, Revell ChevelleSS 454 engine and related parts. Stuff in the interior came from multiple sellers here locally and online. Color is Mission Models Iridescent Pearl Teal shot over Splash Paints Sparkle Silver Base. Primer was Tamiya White. Mr. Hobby 2k UV Cut Clear is the final coat cut with 5k, 8k, 10k, and 12k wet sandpaper....then machine buffed and polished. Thanks to @Hondamaticfor the cool ideas for the build....this car really has a story to tell if you stare at it long enough. Thanks for looking..... Edited September 24, 2021 by Katsusauce 2
Classicgas Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Beautiful. Any alterations needed to fit the chassis? 1
Zippi Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Good looking little 4 door wagon. Nice job. Not sure about the beer choice. 1
fivesuns Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 You need to clean out the back seat before you take your mom for a ride. Just saying. Great model! 1
Bucky Posted September 25, 2021 Posted September 25, 2021 Superb build! Colors are fantastic! Most of the guys I knew back in the day wudda had the cooler in the back seat, tho! LoL 1
Dominik Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 (edited) the stuff in the interior is a nice touch to the clean and shiny outside ? Edited September 26, 2021 by Dominik 1
espo Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 I like all the extra body work you did with the spoiler in front. The added goodies in the back look great as well. Beautiful looking paint and color. The 454 looks almost OEM. 1
doorsovdoon Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 Man, that looks so good! Loving all the little details in there, very nice build. 1

Chuckyg1 Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 Watched this one come together. Final product is awesome! You should secure that cooler. When the pedal's stomped, that ice will be all over, (and it'll ruin the magazines.) 1
slusher Posted September 29, 2021 Posted September 29, 2021 Great detailing and fantastic Chevy wagon! 1
