happy grumpy Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 My first resin conversion, lil' red wagon as a donor and the body from Jimmy Flintstone. This van reminds me of the villain's vehicle in Batman in the 60's. I always liked that weird look . aside for taking extra steps for painting, it builds up quite nicely. The color is TS 41 coral blue. Thanks for looking
Zippi Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 Nice looking Dodge Van Mario. I like the coral blue. I rememeber all the vans from back in the day. To me they always looked like they were setting to hight, top heavy, and could flip over going around the corner.
espo Posted November 25, 2021 Posted November 25, 2021 Great looking little delivery Van. Your paint work is better than anything they had back then. They all had that "High Water" look for a stance.
carrucha Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Nice van. I like the color. I have couple of these in my stash. Hopefully they come out as good as yours.
Tom Geiger Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Nice rendition! I built one of these too. And I have another body in my stash!
1959scudetto Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 Very nice, Mario - reminds me of the movie Charley Varrick - last of the independents.
Nosferatu Posted November 30, 2021 Posted November 30, 2021 Nice work on this van. I like the color. I remember quite a few of these on the road back in the day.
bbowser Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 I love this! I have the JF body to do one as well, I had a 1:1 window version while I was in the service. Loved driving it sitting over the wheel and the steering wheel was almost flat, it was a lot of fun!
