Started last year, I worked on it on and off until recently. The tractor is pretty much box stock aside from the mirror frames . I used paper clips for the frames. The trailer is also box stock. The CAT had a little more details. The roof frame is scratch built. I added hydraulic piping on the front cylinders. Added some rust,  dust and mud . The front grill was drilled on a CNC . The decal just did not do it for me. Since it is a recent issue, there were no CATERPILLAR decals so I printed my own. Overall I am pleased with the result. My father was a heavy machinery operator so this model brings up a lot of memories of my youth and my late father . I think he would have like it.

Happy holidays everyone.?

You certainly have an artist's eye for color and texture and surfaces, and remarkable skill for simulating same...which all adds up to perfect weathering, among the absolute best I've seen.

Nice looking combination. Hope you're not finished as it needs chained down, wide load signs and flasher(s). Did you burn up the c&c machine with all those holes? That's one of the things the kit needs, the others are a good grille more rippers and different treads.
